This is one of my favourite flavour combinations! I love lavender~ it’s so versatile and has so many uses from healing to perfume. Here I use use the buds to make a tea as a base for this smoothie. If you like lavender as much as me then please give this smoothie a try.
1 tbsp lavender buds
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup kefir/plain yogurt or plant based yogurt like coconut
Steep the lavender buds in 1 cup of boiled water for about 5 minutes or longer. Add together with the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
