Iron-Rich Smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie for times when I feel I need an iron boost. As well it’s high in vitamin B12 from the addition of spirulina. When I’m a little low on energy, yawning too much. Forget eating liver to get your iron! This is it!

Iron-rich Smoothie

1 banana
1 cup ice
6 medjool dates pitted
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp spirulina
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
Place in blender and pour
plantbased milk to cover
Blend till smooth and Enjoy!
