St. Patty’s Day Shake

My favourite combination is mint-chocolate. You could have this anytime of year if you’re like me and I think it’s a great drink to have for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

St.Patty's Day Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 can cold coconut cream
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp vanilla matcha
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint & mint extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • cocoa nibs

Directions


Pour all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to adjust the milk and maple syrup to your desired consistency and sweetness. ENJOY!
